Ocean views from Ensenada

Ensenada is about 30 miles/20 minutes away from Rosarito. It is a Port city where many of the cruise ships make a stop. Because of this, things are more expensive here. The town is clean and aliitle built up in comparison to Rosarito. Theres alot of places to go party at and shop.
You can also check out the Bufadora (blowwhole).
Its a relatively safe , clean town. I like to do day trips here when i am staying at Rosarito.

This is a great side trip if you are going to Rosarito. It is also very easy to get to. There is one main road in Rosarito and you just keep on following the same road right out of town. You stay on that road for about 15 minutes and you will run right into Puerto Nuevo. Actually you can also get there if you stayed on the toll road but you will have to pay another toll.
Puerto Nuevo is my favorite spot to go eat and i always come here when I go to Rosarito. There are tons of restaurants to choose from and the food is inexpensive and very good. Also you get big portions. My favorite retaurant at Puerto Nuevo is Chellas.
Usually, never fails, we've eatten way too much so we will usually walk around the little town to walk off our food.

'Club 1773' located at the foot of the cliffs, the Corona Aurea Galleon has been turned into Calafia's nightclub.

Since 1773 the Mission of 'El Descanso' (The Rest) was part of the San Diego Mission system, as Calafia was located within the primitive limits of the division between the Old and New California.

Here you'll find prehistoric paintings, an Oriental Meditation Pavillon, jacuzzis by the sea and my personal favorite, 'Sea Gulls Restaurant.'
