Anything and anywhere along Avenida Revolucion! - If you're looking for good, non-touristy nightclubs, though, you can't beat Senor Frogs or People's.
People's (in particular) has referees waiting to grab your head, lean it back, toss a squeeze of lime and salt and a drag of tequila down your throat - and THEN bring you back upright and literally SHAKE you while blowing a whistle in your ear. *Whew*

There are plenty of loud bars, discos and clubs catering to teen partiers from the U.S. on Avenida Revolucion. There are classier nightclubs in the Zona Rio. if you want 'Adult' entertinment there is the Zona Rojo. Carlos Santana got his start in TJ at age 13 playing in a musical group performing at a local strip club.

RODEO SANTA FE. Where else but Tijuana would you find a live, indoor rodeo at Midnight? Plus an all-nighter of Norteno dancing with disco lights, a pulsating sea of white vaquero hats, la quebradita, a mechanical bull and more at this enormous, three-level club, themed for the wild, 'wild West.' The city's hottest disco upstairs; live norten music downstairs. Late and packed on weekends. In the Pueblo Amigo shopping center on Av.
