As all I did in Tijuana was shop. I was only 14 at the time and found the whole experience very different to my lifestyle. All I really remember many people trying to sell us leather jackets and proving that they were leather with the lighter. I swear they must go through a dozen lighters a day proving the jackets are leather. The other memory in my head is the zebra's in the street. Actually it was a donkey painted black and white. You dont see that every day in my home of Australia.
The atmosphere on this famous street , Avenida Revolución, is hustle and bustle at its best. Ignore the hawkers trying to lure you into their shops and just browse at your own pace.
