To have the perfect shot of tequila, you start with ice-cold tequila, kosher salt, and fresh Mexican limes; then you lick your hand and sprinkle the salt, lick the salt onto the tip of your tongue, slam the ice-cold tequila and bite into the lime..... mmmmmmmm.......
