Golfing, Cabo San Lucas

Cabo San Lucas has rapidly become the golf capital of Mexico. With six championship courses (there are more in the planning stage) all within easy driving distance of each other, the area offers some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world. Come enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Baja and try each course while you are here. All have ocean views and three of the courses, Cabo del Sol, Cabo Real and El Dorado, boast spectacular ocean side holes that rival any in the world for their beauty and challenging nature. The Raven at Cabo San Lucas looks out over Land's End and Cabo's beautiful bay.

There are many golf courses in Cabo, I counted at least eight. The Cabo del Sol golf course was right by the house we stayed in. The green fees for 18 holes is $250 - now you gotta like golf a lot at those prices.

The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus. It is a beautiful course, you play right next to the Sea of Corez.

The Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses are built along the beach of the Sea of Cortez. Some of the vistas rival those of Pebble Beach. The courses are challenging and beautiful.
