If you go to a beach where locals go, you will notice immediately that they don't wear swimming suit and they even swim with t-shirt and shorts. Woman and man as well. Just kids are so "naked". I was a bit surprised. If you are willing to sunbathe topless, you can do and nobody will tell you anything, but just consider this.
Mexican cuisine is normally very spicy and nothing to compare with all Mexican restaurants all over Europe. But, if you do not like spicy food like me, I recommend to ask twice if the course you have ordered is spicy or not. If they say just a little big, be sure it will be VERY spicy.
