Aside from eating lunch and possibly buying some supplies for the road, the town does not have much for the visiting traveler.

The very small plaza at the end of Av Morelos has a few benches and trees for shade. The church is also located here. With its colorful facades, its good for a quick look.

This little restaurant has a large elevated pavilion situated immediately next to the lagoon. They call it a lagoon, but it is fresh water, more like a lake.

The restaurant is all open-air, but is covered, so don't worry about the boiling sun or rain. The staff are friendly and helpful, but do not count out their ability to speak English. The menus are only available in Spanish too.

Favorite Dish: The ensalada de camarones (see photo) was excellent! The enchiladas, fish fillets and steaks were good too. I really don't think you can choose anything you won't like.
