Seafood dish at Playa de la ropa

Favorite Dish: If you go for one day to the Beach "La ropa" order yourselve in one of the beach restaurants a plate called "Piña rellena" . A pineapple cut in half filled with seafood and with cheese on the top grilled in the oven.

La isla . the shuttle to la isla

Favorite thing: Take the local transport (un micro) to Playa Linda Vista .
From here you can take a boat (30 pesos) to La isla known for its 4 beaches.
One of the beaches is great for snorkeling , one for swimming and there is even a beach wher you see no soul.
Check for time of last boat returning to mainland, service usually from 8:00 a.m. 'till 5:00 p.m. Boats operate as Playa Las Gatas (shuttle).

Fondest memory: The blue fishes, the ocean, the white sand, the dinners we had in the local cenaduras, the peace and quiet. th smaile of the people.
