A small villiage 2 km N. of Melaque. You need the exercise, so take a walk to Coastcomates. You can also hitch. (You didn't rent a car did you?) It's a very mild surf for swimming. There is also snorkeling; best is by the rocks to the south. Bring a buddy though, for safety when you go way out.There are restaurants and a few hotels; one is pretty classy at the south end.A few vacation homes are being built here.
