The most wonderfu thing about the "Dreams Resort" in Puerto Vallarta, is that the sea turtle conservatory is located on the beach!! We were walking early one morning on a romantic strole & were called over by an attendant, they had just hatched!! We were able to hold them & everything!!! It was such a special moment. For a donation, you can release them into the ocean when they are about 24.-48 hours old.

I must admit that I had a great time in Puerto Vallarta. The weather was great, the food was delicious, the people were very nice, and I was able to get lots of rest. Sunset scenes over the Bahia de Banderas put you into that laid back mood which carries on throughout your holiday as well as when you get back home. Oh So nice!!!

The local conservatory is at the pier most mornings to raise money for their cause. We paid, I think 5.00 for a picture with the seal, who was an amazing picture to meet! He climbed on his pedistal & put his head right on my chest. I wanted to bring him home!!

They also had their parrot their, asking for a tip & you take the pic with your own camer. we tipped 2.00 USD.. Come on guys.. It's a good cause!

View of the Hotel Zone from downtown

Today, Puerto Vallarta is a world class resort, while retaining the charm of a century ago. The stunning backdrop of the Sierra Madre mountains and it's 41 km. (24 miles) of coastline provide for the ultimate vacation or living situation. Puerto Vallarta is like no other place in Mexico and most who come, yearn to return.
