  • Collage Club: Awesome but watch out

We attended the famous foam party on Tuesday and had a great time, but there are a few things to remember if you decide to go:

    1. foam is wet and soapy - it will burn your eyes if you accidentally get it in there
    2. floors are slippery - a friend of ours slipped and cut his forehead open - it was not pretty. do not wear heels
    3. watch for your belongings. at the end of the night (15min before closing time), my purse disappeared. camera inside and all. it was really sad an unexpected as it was right at our table and there were quite a few people around.

music was "beh" but you don't really care when you have all this foam to play around.

Dress Code: floors are slippery - a friend of ours slipped and cut his forehead open - it was not pretty. do not wear heels
a lot of people wore bikinis/shorts.

  • College Club: Collage a must to experience

by MLypka Written Dec 13, 2007

Collage is by far the most entertaining and fun club in PV. I was blown away by the ambiance of the bar; the candle lit tables, the glowing bar, and newly added 3 huge projection screens. The foam party and open bar party on tuesdays is a must to do on your vacation. The night starts off with a variety of entertainment such as fire throwers and traditional dance performances finished off with a great party. Good people, great service and a friendly staff. Ask for Andy who is the owner and he is sure to take care of you, he showed me and my friends a great time. If you get the chance make sure you check out Collage on tue and fri for their open bars it is an experience you won´t forget.

Dress Code: The dress code is casual. If you are going on a tue for the foam party please ladies do not wear your heels! I made that mistake and feel flat on my but a couple of times. Tue the guys wear board shorts and t-shirts, and the girls are in skirts, shorts, tanks and bikini´s. On fridays you will see people a bit more dressed up but it is still casual.

    Foam Party

Collage Club is the largest and best club in all Puerto Vallarta. The foam party on Tuesday nights is the best one I've been to in the world. The dace floor in the middle of the ampitheatre setting fills up with foam and everyone dances until dawn. What also makes the night even more fun is the wet t-shirt contest that starts at about 1:30 in the morning. Since its mexico cover is not expensive and its open bar all night.
Friday nights are dedicated to Mardi Gras where at the door after you pay your cover, you recieve a beaded necklace. This necklace is to be given out to the girl who shows the most skin. To round up the night there is a contest for the girl who recieves the most beads and the prizes are incredible from free entraces to other clubs in PV to free trips to mexico. Throughout the night there are various circus performers who put on a great show. Fridays are open bar all night as well. Don't miss this incredible party!!

Dress Code: Foam Party at Collage is bathing suit attire for girls with shorts and sandals, and board shorts for guys and a t-shirt. For something extra bring your life preservers!!

Fridays are jeans and casual wear.

I wish we would have know about this earlier!!! This is the biggest and best club in Puerto Vallarta (holds 2,000 people) Here they have 3 bars and the biggest dancefloor and a huge stage. Everynight is a great open bar where you actually get good drinks and bottled beer. It is usually about $20. I recommend you get a schedule for the events for here and be ready because they are all CRAZY!!! The Foam Party and Mardi Grais are the highlights of our trip. The service is great too!!! The owner, Andy is outside the door most nights until about 11:30, tell him the crazy kids from Minnesota told you to come. It's nice to have an America who is in charge. The security staff is great as well and they quickly get rid of anyone causing problems. They have WILD contests, one of my friends won a free trip for next year at the Mardi Grais Contest!! If you don't go here you just missed out in Puerto Vallarta. It is 4 times the size of Senor Frogs and Carlos O Brians!!!!!

Another plus is they pay for your taxis on Tuesdays and Fridays!!!

Enjoy your fun!! We'll be back!!!

Dress Code: Casual dress code. On Foam Party nights guys should wear athletic shorts and a t-shirt, which will be coming off anyway and the girls should wear shorts and a bikini top!!

It can get hot in here and anyplace else so be ready!!

If you come with a big group of people talk to Andy and he'll probably hook you up with one of the two VIP rooms on the stage as he did for us everynight
