If you are obsessed with not being a tourist, you will love De Santos.
It is a bar that caters to the young socialites and upper class locals. De Santos is unique because it is a restaurant/bar on one side of the building and on the other side is a dance club that plays techno music.
It will give you a true feel of the local flavor.
The food there is excellent and the ambience is very sheik.

Dress to impress.
Definitely no gym shoes or jeans
