El Faro is good for a sunset but sun sinks behind buildings and not into ocean. El Faro is great for evening cocktails after sun is long gone. It is cool up there so bring a cover up or ask server for a blanket. Soft live or recorded music is very nice. Great opportunity to see the marina.
