Tucked away on a deadend street in a little building on the beach this is the place for reasonably priced seafood. The beachside patio dining room and the efficient, genuinely friendly staff (Rueben the waiter) help to make this a top spot. Grilled lobster tail, garlic or coconut shrimp huge glasses packed with shrimp, ceviche, and other seafood cocktails, it doesn't matter it's all FINE fare. Get there early for the best sunset-watching.
Favorite Dish: Grilled lobster tail/coconut shrimp
Journey for down-home Mexican living. Right on the Bahia de Banderas is this old spot with the slanting floor and the marvelous fresh fish and shellfish at moderate prices. Camarones gigante in garlic will make you dance all afternoon, or your breath will! If you are lucky, some mariachis will serenade you for a small price. Is this Paradise? I think so.

Favorite Dish: Jumbo shrimp in garlic butter with bread and salad. Pure Heaven!
This restaurant is one that's been here a while. It's in the small town of Bucerias, which is about a 1/2 hour from Puerto Vallarta. It's a great restaurant that is very authentic. For the most part, you sit outside, but are covered by a roof. It is right on the ocean, about 10 yards away. haha. The desert coffee is excellent, I don't remember the name but they light it on fire! The view is really nice and it's not a restaurant that you want to miss!
Favorite Dish: All the food was great.
