Hat and bottled water
Polarizer if you have an SLR because it gets quite dusty.

as mentioned under Warnings, the sun is strong at Teotihuacan so be sure to bring water and a hat/cap. if not, you can always buy a one from the shops before the main entrance for USD 2.

High and Dry
A hat, sun block, water and comfortable walking shoes.

A roll of toilet paper or some in your pocket can be a life saver. Hand sanitizer is helpful too.

Don't worry, it will be sunny when you're here. The altitude and clear and dry air will only exascerbate the sun's effects on you. Bring and use a hat, any hat. Your head will thank you later that night and the following week, believe me! ;-) And with all the tramping around pyramids and up and down aged stones and steps, common sense (remember that?) dictates good walking shoes...although I swear I saw some nitwit fashion girls in heels. The morons.

You don't want to be buying overpriced batteries or compact flash chips or film that's been hanging out in the sun at the vendors' booths so long they've become faded, do you? Bring more than you'll need from home!

WATER, WATER, WATER!!! This is the desert, for crying out loud, at a higher altitude than Denver!!!

Clothes in Teotihuacán
If you want to go to Teotihuacán you should wear fresh clothes. i`ve been there four times and usually the weather is hot and dry.
You should also take a hat to cover you from the sun and sunglasses to protect your eyes.
The archeological zone is big and if you want to have a complete visit you will have to do a lot of walking so you should also take comfortable shoes, if you don´t your feets will hurt by the end of the day, the last time i was there it was forbidden to enter the temples with high heels.

A small backpack is fine, I even just carried a handbag.

Comfortable shoes, you'll be climbing lots of steps. Make sure to bring a hat, otherwise you can buy one at the entrances. But DO WEAR one, as the sun is really really strong, even on cloudy days. Also plenty of water and SUNSCREEN!!

Clean toilet facilities are available.

Good zoom and wide angles are great.

Do not carry too much, because you will walk a lot!

If you go on March 21th you have to wear white clothes to charge energy =)

    Just paper towels
