Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: I had a fleece pullover and jeans, and my husband had a spring/fall jacket and jeans and we were both cold. The town gets very cold once the sun goes down, and when you are climbing at that elevation, it is very cold. I would probably add a sweatshirt to what I wore, and would likely have been more comfortable. Running shoes were fine for climbing.

Photo Equipment: Camera, spare battery, and spare memory card. There was at least 1 couple who's camera had decided not to work for them. You have worked too hard to get up that mountain, make sure you have a back-up camera. You will be disappointed if you do not capture one of the most spectacular moments of your life.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Take good walking shoes or boots for walking in the sanctuary no matter how you plan to get there.

Take a couple of jackets as it might be pretty cold.
