Owned by a Spanish man who settle in Mexico, Tepozquilas is a famous shop in Tepoz.
They sell traditional fruit candies, liquor, jam, fruit flavored eggnog and all kind of decoration as well as some Spanish products. There are free samples of each product so make sure to try them all because sometimes it gets difficult to decide which one to buy!

A great shop for those ones who like candies and want to take home some mexican taste as souvenir.

In downtown Tepoztlan there are also some shops with stuff from other countries like India, Egypth and some Asian ones. One of them and a personal favorite is the Taj Mahal shop which sells crystals, fossils, masks, wood carvings and Asian imports. You can find very strange stuff in there so it's worthwhile to take a look!!

What to buy: Jewlery, incience, music and aromatic soap bars, depending of the aroma is the benefit you'll get: honey soap = love

What to pay: Some of the products can be expensive but there are always goods for every pocket.
