About a 30 km out of the city are the waterfalls. You maybe think that thirty kilometres is not such a long drive. Well, the first 10 km are fine, but the last 20 km is up in the mountains and goes by a dusty and twisty road. Those last 20 km take’s about 2 till 2.30 hours…

After a great afternoon by swimming and sunbathing it is time to go back at the hotel…

After a long drive we arrived on this cottage. I thought we where on the waterfalls as our guide park the car and took everything out…

Do not be afraid of this long drive, and give your eyes the food they need. As you will see in here, you will never get bothered by dull landscape. Also the guide tells you a lot about the vegetation and animal life that the time will past by in a jiffy…

First we went back to the cottage for enjoying a nice meal that was offered by the tour operator.
Also we were able to try self made Mescal what was also delicious.
Ok, pick up the car and off we go.

I am sorry, but we don’t remember this rivers name anymore. But as you can see here, the water is rough what maybe means we are near the waterfalls…

I heart already from carnivorous plants, but never from herbivores plants. Well, in fact this is not so right. When trees getting older here and the baby trees are growing, they strangle mommy tree…
