This is a very special place, it represents the fussion of two cultures (mexican and Spanish). This church it is dedicated to Virgin Mary, the name "Tonanzintla" means Place of our mother. This is an example of mexican tradicional barroque.
The construction beggined in the 16th century, but it was finished until early 20th century.
