It all started so innocently....a few drinks after dinner. It's our last night in Cancun what do we want to do? Hmmmmmmm?

Carlos & Charlies!!!!!!!!! It was SOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!

This place has an open air patio over the water. It was HOT and HUMID just like it should be in Mexico!!!!*smile* It has a very festive & party atmosphere!!!

As if we had not yet had enough shots and yard long drinks, the staff started "pouring" MORE shots into us!!! You have to love the way they do shots here!*giggles*

We had more fun than should be allowed!!!!

Dress Code: Dress Code? *giggles* Anything goes!!!!

Carlos and Charlie's was great. Whether you go for dinner, drinks or dancing, it's the place to be. The staff is freindly, the drinks are great, the prices are good and they play an excellent variety of music.

Dress Code: Casual dress. No swim suit tops, although I think someone from the pub crawl got on the bar and flashed the crowd!
There are children in here before a certain time so I would suggest a little maturity before 10 pm! ;-)

This is a restaurant, bar and place to dance with live music so in a phrase it has it all... Is a great place to eat a delicious dish, the service is just fantastic! and what I liked most was the band of music because they were dressed like chef !
Other interesting thing are the HUGE drinks served here, so please... be careful with TEQUILA! (my favorite by the way)

Our first night out in Cancun we were just looking for a place to have a drink and dance for a little while. All of the large clubs had very expensive covers so we went into Carlos and Charlie's to have one quick drink and figure out where to go next. The "one quick drink" turned into an entire night of FUN. Yes, it's a tourist trap, but if you're looking for a place to drink and dance WITHOUT paying a cover this is the place to go. The waiters are a fun, friendly, energetic and they come around often with free shots. The music is great and you can dance just about anywhere - especially up on the bar. They also serve food in the dining room adjacent to the bar / dance area if you're hungry.

Dress Code: Come as you are... it's a casual place.

This place belongs to the same company as Señor Frogs. It is a very popular place, and they have a restaurant that serves both mexican and international food. There are three different bars and one of them overlooks the lagoon and has a giant palapa. Like in Señor Frogs the waiters do the best they can to entertain the guests with all kinds of shows and games.

A combination of international and Mexican food such as shrimp, steak, enchiladas, fajitas, their BBQ specialities.

There are 3 service bars. One of them is a gigantic palapa overlooking the lagoon. with partying, dancing, live music and lots of fun.

The bar is open from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m and D.J music is provided daily from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m, live music too.

Dress Code: Casual

If u go nowhere else......go here! It is the most fun you'll have.....I have be to a total of 3 carlos n charlies's in all of Mexico. and i think that is the only reason i go back to mexico....well besides sun and beaches!

We only stayed in Carlos 'n' Charlies for a short time, we were on a bar crawl with our reps at the time. We wish we could have stayed there longer.

The music was great, drinks were in goldfish bowls, the atmosphere was fantastic.
People dancing on the bar, non stop partying. I would recomend this place for those wishing to have a great night.

Dress Code: Beware it gets really hot so as little but classy clothing as possible.
Its half open air and half indoor. So if it's a hot night you will suffer from the humidity
