Senor Frogs, Cancún
This is one of the oldest nightclubs, and supposedly the first stop for americans on their spring break. In daytime it's a restaurant, and in the night it's a popular partyspot. The waiters do the best to entertain, and so do many of the guests too... ;) Plenty of contests and dMany of the All Inclusive resorts offers free entrance to this place.
I had a blast there! $25 got us our big cups and away we were at unlimited drinks. The music was great, they had a live MC hyping up the crowd. The atmosphere was really good, the bartenders good and quick. This place also has an outside deck that stretches across the back of the club. There is a slide that takes you to a fenced off part of the lagoon. Those who disobey the MC and don't drink fast enough or party enough are forced down the slide. The bathrooms upstairs also have a henna "tattoo" artist in case you feel creative and want to decorate yourself. I had a blast at this place! I also managed to meet Steve from the Jerry Springer Show as well as his whole possee of security guard buddies and Jerry's son. Gotta love Senor Frog's!
Dress Code: Anything Goes
partying at senor frogs was definitely in my list of things to do in cancun. there was a dj the time we went who had so much energy and kept the crowd wild! there was dancing, live music, drinking contests, free shots, shirts and lots of alcohol.
try the yard drinks (you keep the yard glass)so you wont have to keep coming back to the bar bec they go a long way. my favorite frozen drink - pina hawaii...yum yum!!!
entrance: $5.00 or 50 pesos (may depend on season)
Dress Code: casual
Crazy bar! it's quite a few years since i went but remember good food, lots to drink, tables being cleared and us being expected to stand on them and dance on them, kareoke and drinking games, and the poeple voted the worst at kareoke were sent down the water slide in to the lagoon. most of the evenings abit of a blur but had a wicked night.
Restaurant by day and party atmosphere at night. The restaurant opens at midday and continues through until midnight serving international type food such as pizza, pasta, steak, chicken and of course Mexican dishes such as fajitas and enchiladas.
Cover charge at Senor Frogs is 3$ after 8pm and includes a souvenir yard glass which you then pay to get filled with whatever you like. Many of the All Inclusive hotels offer free cover with their wristbands so look out for that.
Out of all of the clubs and bars in Cancun Senor Frogs is definately the best. The waiters are fun and upbeat, the music is good, and the atmoshere is wild and crazy. I had a blast dancing on the stage and meeting new people from all over the world. Later on in the night I went upstairs to the piercing stand and I got my lip pierced. The guy who pierced my lip was very friendly and everything was sanitary. Afterwards he took my picture and put it in a book of piercings that he keeps. I met a lot of great people here and had an awesome time. After I came here I kept comming back for the rest of my vacation because nowhere els even came close to the fun I had at Senor Frogs.
Dress Code: There is a sign in Senor Frogs that sums it all up....." Guys: No shirt No service Ladies: No shirt No charge
senor frogs. Im sure you either seen a shirt or shot glass from one of these places around the world. It is a cool place to start out the late afternoon before hittin up the clubs. It wasnt as fun to me as I thought it would be....but thats just me. I recomend that you go and maybee buy a shirt so you can say "Ive been to senor frogs, it was fun" if thats your cup of tea.
Dress Code: its mexico.....does it ever really matter
During the day, you can grab a meal there but later at night it turns into a danceclub where the staff join in on the festivities. Definite place to go while your in Cancun. Looks like a fun place to work as well. Giant dancing frog may appear at anytime. Don't fall for the large beer glass called the "Yard". It is $10 US to get and fill but it only holds 2 beer even though people think it is more. You do get to keep it if you can pack it in your bag.
Dress Code: Again pretty casual. Anything goes.

It has a great atmosphere with people of all ages getting crazy. Drinking games and a very lively atmosphere. Definitely a good time for couples and singles.
Dress Code: Casual, but I do believe that shirts and shoes are required to get in (at the beach you never know). ONce inside, tops seem to come off at certain times.
There's a hopping nightlife, but it's geared towards the Spring Break crowd. If you like that stuff, you'll love this place. Crazy restaurants like Senor Frog's and Carlos & Charlie's boast the huge drinks and loud music rather than food. Hotel discos and clubs are everywhere and were pretty packed even during off season.
Really, cant remember much but the nonstop dancing all day and all night! Senor Frogs was one of my favorite places though.

A happening place in Cancún which has been taken over by the Spring Break set, so you are warned.
