You wouldnt think that a town with approx. 5000 inhabitants and a minimal number of tourists would have a disco. But they do! I wouldnt really call it a disco, more like "the place to be on Sat. night", or so everyone on the island thinks.
We were surprised, I think every inhabitant of the isla at least makes a showing on Sat. night here. It was still thumping at 3:30 AM when I finally drifted off to sleep........

Isla Holbox is so peaceful, that you can just walk safely during the day at night. One night, I joined some fellow guests on the pension and together we walked at the beach at night. The water looked beautiful, much as you would expect in this type of setting.
