This hotel boasts a number of superb restaurants.

Mexican - stuffed leaves or yucatan chicken!!
The Swim up bars in the pool areas were excellent! Roll off of the sunbed and swim up for a couple of coctails!
Yes, I was a lazy cow.....I was on honeymoon !! Lol
There were also snack areas outside where you could grab a sandwich or a burger during the day if you didd'nt want to go inside to the more formal restaurants.
La Creperie in the hotel Catalonia was fantastic. It had crepes with many fillings, ice cream, soda’s, latte’s and other hot drinks. The service was exceptional and the staff friendly
Favorite Dish: My favourite was crepes with chocolate, banana and nuts, with lots of cream.
The snack bar at the hotel Catalonia was very good. It opened throughout the day then from 11pm - 2am. They served burgers, hot dogs, fries, chicken and a range of Mexican food
Favorite Dish: The cauliflower cheese was delicious
In the evening between 7.30 - 11.00, the Bamboleo became a grill. We had dinner here one night. It was delicious. I had T-bone steak with jacket potato and vegetables. The steak was cooked perfect and the vegetables came on a little pot pig keeping them warm.
The service was quick and efficient whilst in the background you could see the chefs cooking the steaks.
Favorite Dish: THE T-BONE WAS EXCELLENT
The main restaurant at the Hotel Catalonia had a theme every evening. One night it was International night and there was food from many countries including Britain, France, Canada and America. On international night, they had flags from around the world hanging from the ceiling. Another theme was Halloween. The restaurant was totally decked out with skeletons, spiders and graves. The staff had put a lot of effort into the decoration and it was wonderful. They also had a Mexican and Italian night with food to match.
Favorite Dish: I enjoyed the Tacos on Mexican night.
The outside area of the "El Greco" restaurant was my favourite, you could sit in the cool air, and listen to the sea..........Bliss!
