Acapulco Travel Guide

If you are in Acapulco, you have to see the world famous cliff divers. They do several shows daily at: 12:45 PM, 7:30 PM, 8:30 PM, 9:30 PM (with bonfire), and 10:30 PM (with torches). If you are just going to see the divers, don't let the hotel / restaurant that overlooks the cliff talk you into paying $110.00 MXP (includes 2 drinks) to watch the show from their balcony, the view from the platform directly across from the divers is much closer (and only $12.00 MXP).

Acapulco is a partier's paradise. The clubs all open at 23:00 and closes at sunrise.
The best places to go is the Enigma and Paladium.
There is usually a one time fee at the door that covers all drinks for the guys. Ladies get in free and get all drinks for free. The special effects inside the clubs is some of the best in the world.
