    What to Wear

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Swimwear is a must, especially if you visit in the summer. Wearing swimwear in the downtown areas, churches, and most restaurants, however is not considered proper. For dinner out ladies should wear a casual lightweight dress, or skirt and top. Men will be most comfortable in lightweight slacks, and appropriate sportswear. Ties are usually not worn. If you are visiting in the winter, the evening may be cool, all you will need to be comfortable is a light sweater or windbreaker.

    Filet Knife and Freezer Bags!

    by 2byrd Written Feb 25, 2003

Luggage and bags: Be sure if your planning to bring fish back home to pack a good filet knife and freezer bags. You can pack the knife in your checked luggage. Have your fish frozen so you can pack it into ice chest and keep it for future meals.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: I like to bring gently used clothing with me to give to the people. Clothing and shoes are expensive in Mexico.
