Nice city...not to terribly much to do. Park your car in the lot by the mall on the US side. Parking costs about $2.75. You can then walk from the lot onto the International Bridge. There is a 50 cent toll fee to cross. Once you get to the other side, Mexican Immigration is the large building to your right after you go through the gate (in case you need a tourist card or you just want your passport stamped). Shop, play, do whatever. When you are done, you cross back over the International Bridge. Before cossing, though, you have to pat the 50 cent toll again (either US or Mexican Pesos; they don't care). Go through US Customs, then you are home free.
