Remember, seats in the shade are more expensive. The sun will cook you, even in February. But don't worry, there's beer to cool you down.
My buddies and I had a great time, although the score was a wash: People 6, Bulls 0.
Nuevo Laredo is one of the best places to shop. As you walk down the streets, it's just store after store with prices you can not beat. They have so many items to choose from! Lots of nicknacks, clothing, pottery, jewelry (lots of sterling silver), you name it, they got it! Lots of people will be on the streets with carts selling items and don't take their first offer, you can make a good deal with them for a great price.
In Downtown Nuevo Laredo, there is a plaza, surrounded by shops and restaurants.
There are plenty of places to sit down and rest after a long day of shopping.
There are pigeons that are fun to feed and play with and run into. Just watch your head, don't let them poop on you.
It's relaxing, check it out.
At the entrance to Boystown is a police substation to keep everyone honest and peaceful in the bars. The police won't bother you as long as you act decent and you can drink and mingle with the Mexican partiers, many of whom speak English. There are several night clubs within the walled compound. Straight ahead from the entrance, across the first street, is a street vendor who grills your food while you wait and watch. His food is delicious but go easy on the salsa; it consist of fresh onions, peppers and water.
