I found out that this is really the only authentic Zacatecan cuisine with fare prizes and original recipes from the 1600 & 1700 grate service and a really nice location in downtown Zacatecas. The tortilla soup is to die for as well as a main dish call (asado de bodas) wedding stew just gratemore

My favorite thing about malpaso is the history, the old hacienda, the quietness and the local people.

There is a massive granite rock at the middle of town. It has many caves and cavities, making it a nice but risky site to visit.
Dare to explore it!
