The brewery on the old logging camp located close to Whitefish Point in Upper Michigan. Near the Taquaminaun falls!!!!! yum yum!!! Get the Whitefish (baked or breaded)and a cold beverage and take your time and enjoy.Old Town is quite unique in it's charm, best to park and walk. Take your sweet old time there's lots to see. Breaded Oysters and salad with wild blueberry vinegrette at F and 1st streets at the 'Oyster Bar' in Eureka,California,go for lunch so you can shop afterwards in 'old town'.You might want to take the Harbour cruise (might see a harbour seal)at 12:30pm and catch lunch afterwards. All this is very resonable and was the perfect day!

In each city in the towns I visit I have lists and lists, but the last was outstanding............the Ritz Carlton Hotel on Mothers Day ..............it is located in Pasadena in a gorgeous old area of homes..the food on the brunch on Sunday was placed in areas around the outdoors, entry and adjoining rooms so as the lines would not be busy. It was the most outstanding types and kinds of food stations I have ever seen,. We sat next to the patio area watching the pool area and terrace. The hotel Ritz Carlton in Pasadena is an old hotel from the early 1900's and the Japanese Gardens are lovely. It is a quite hotel and thus very wonderful for special occasions. It was a spectacular brunch, with even sushi, barbecue, entrees, and the fabulous seafood ice bar........

Roy's: Roy's

It's quite expensive, but well worth the money. The cuisine is mainly from the Pacific Rim region. Roy's has a comfortable laid back Hawaiiana atmosphere. Sashimi and just about everything on the menu.

by bohemioeside

I love taquerias, traditional Mexican fast food; there are too many great, awesome, restaurants to narrow them down.CD with more tejano than nortena is the bomb Tacos al pastor with flour tortillas, topped with onions, cilantro, and lettuce. Other favorite taco is half tripas (well-done beef guts) and half beans with the same vegetables. Also like barbacoa and lengua. Sopes are great too.

Pier 23 Restaurant: Pier 23 Restaurant

It's on the water. They have lot's of seating outside. This hang out draws a 25+ crowd. 2 nights out of the week they have live bands. It's a fun happening place. On Wed. they have a live Salsa Band. My favorite night. It's good food, reasonably priced, great atmosphere and a great view of the Bay Bridge when your seated outside. You can also just go there for a beer. It's a restaurant/bar. Shrimp quesadillas and Coronas!!
