SEACT - Southeast Alabama Community Theater
This local theater group puts on 4 plays each year. They are very talented for a local group. Some plays have been as good as ones I have seen from professional tour groups in Atlanta GA!

Leon's and Dobbs Barbeque are our other favorite restaurants.
Casual...casual...casual. Locals eat here, so expect jeans, shorts, t-shirts, etc. No need to dress up.
Favorite Dish: Leon's has an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday nights. Dobbs has great homemade barbeque and country-fried steaks all the time. Both are locally owned and operated and are not chain restaurants.

Favorite thing: i lived here too. this is a fast growing town that has a lot of new things and transient southerners. the people who live here are from all over the south and some business men move ther from the mid-west
Fondest memory: for kids water-world and a new 'playground'. if you are slow, be careful, they will run you over.
