    The "official" Southern Literary Trail runs straight through the State of Alabama with a rather interesting stop in the City of Montgomery: The Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald house. Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald moved to Montgomery in October 1931 after spending a long and rather comical time in Europe – Paris, London, etc. The book Traveling Literary America offers an informative narration into the Fitzgeralds’s home, which is located in Montgomery’s old Cloverdale district.

    Francis Scott Fitzgerald is highly regarded as one of America’s greatest novelists and short story writers; his works are reminiscent of the U.S. Jazz Age, a term F. Scott Fitzgerald supposedly coined himself. With his smash hit The Great Gatsby under his belt, F. Scott Fitzgerald quickly rose to become one of the world’s greatest writers of the twentieth century.

    • In the summer, shorts and a tank is fine. The sky is blue, the sun is bright, the birds are out, the grass is green, and the land is open! Perfect place!

    Depends on weather.

    Camera is a MUST! This place is TOO beautiful to let go!

    A hat! the sky is nice and clear, so the sun is out pretty strong.
