    Don't know why places like this I am attrached too. I was such a tomboy growing up, I loved to play stick ball in the streets to playing little leaugue softball for girls. Except we would sneak a baseball into our practices every now and then. A baseball may be harder to hit, but you sure can make them sail if you connected just right. Still, this looks like a wonderful place to spend the evening or afternoon watching one of America's greatest sports. It is situated in a the historical downtown area. So venture out and checkout a game when your visiting Montgomery. Oh, it has a gift store too!

    This was a wonderful find. I was shopping for a pair of shorts when I could hear all this laughing and screams and thought to myself what the heck. As I kept venturing more into the mall, I discovered they have this wonderful iceskating rink with happy children having a great time. It was nice and cool inside because of the rink, but it was hot and humind outside.

    • While driving in Montgomery, it's easy to spot the town's love of College Football.

    Alabama and Auburn are the main schools in Alabama, and Montgomery is a good halfway point between the two. If you are there during the fall on a saturday be prepard for many different forms of people showing their pride.

    A very normal salutation in the area is based upon which school holds your alliegence. War Eagle! for Auburn or Roll Tide for Alabama.
