the alabama gulf state park occupies the west end of perdidio key beach near the bridge to orange beach alabama. this white sand beach is one of the nicest beaches in the state of alabama. the gulf state park is a 6150 acre perserve that has locations in gulf shores, orange beach and perdido key.

the cobalt is a very good restaurant located on the western tip of perdido key near the orange beach bridge. very good selection of local seafood moderately priced. in my opinion the best restaurant in perdido key alabama.

the flora-bama lounge is a beach bar located on the alabama/florida border in perdido key. the flora-bama is a fun, rowdy, beach bar that gets a "redneck" clientelle. this historic beach bar was partially destroyed by hurricane ivan in 2004 but has recently been renovated. a very interesting place to have a drink of two in perdido key.

I live just outside of Perdido Key and we go out to the Jellyfish Bar every once in a while. They have a happy hour everyday and a live band on the weekends. You can see the gulf from the deck and it's so beautiful!

The Gold Coasts largest and raunchiest beach Party period. This April 28-30 in Perdido Key (Peansacola Beach Florida is the 22 nd annual mullett toss weekend.
Huge bar on the beach with live bands wet t-shirt contests bbq shrimp sausage and many fun activities await the true hedonist. The bar is called the FLORABAMA and it is in Perdido Key Fl.
Dress Code: just a bandana and a smile beach bum attire rules here.
