The Totem Bar was closed for some reason, but the place adjacent to the Princess Lodge (who's name currently eludes me) are the two places you can go for a beer/music, other than the Princess lodge as I mentioned before.
At the place I went to (who's name I can't remember) had a band playing down stairs.
In this town, everyone who works there in the summer is from somewhere else. It's just a summer gig for these folks. I met a girl who was from New Orleans, another was from Michigan, and others were from just as far away; hence, it's a crowd that's very upbeat and friendly. Most people are in their twenties, hedging on mid or earlier. But age is relative, and who cares when everyone is upbeat and positive. Good Vibes!

It's a melting pot of everyone, and everyone get's along just fine. It's all good. That's what's so incredible about Alaska! It truly is a great place to live!
