Luggage and bags: As with winter, bring whatever you don't mind getting scuffed up!
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Clothing, it's going to be in the 70s, so bring shorts, light weight pants, miniskirts if you are going to Koots (Guys you can bring miniskirts too, but don't wear them to Koots). Footwear should be activity appropriate. Polarfleece vests are perfect. If you are worried you won't be equipped, relax there are many malls for REI gear etc...

Luggage and bags: Bring whatever you feel like getting wet with snow. Duffel bags work wonders.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Shoes: If you don't plan on "hiking" you can get away with tennis shoes. I wear open toed high heals all season, people shovel their walk ways! Gloves and something to cover your face (read: scarf). Anchorage fashion is basically whatever Seattle was wearing last year.
