    Horses

Here are some of the horses that are used by the Northland Ranch for the horseback riding rentals. On this day as we passed by we noticed some young ones so we stopped to take a photo as the pround mama just munched on the clover.

    Kalsin Bay

This is taken along the access road that takes you right to the beach. On a day like this you can bring the family and family dog and have a great day playing in the sun!! If you enjoy fishing bring the fishing poles.

    Salmon Berry

In July and August you will be treated to the sweet tastes of the Salmon Berry!! They are located at many places right along the road!! They make the most wonderful desert to eat after feasting on freshly barbequed Salmon!! I love them for breakfast too.

Early morning Calm on the Olds River

Early moring at the Olds River

When the mornings are like this with an early morning glow from the rising sun and the ground fog is still present you can hear the voices of the fisherman carry across the meadow so easily. You can hear the fisherman cry out "Fish on" so that any fisherman that is close will remove their fishing lines from the water to avoid tangling with the one fighting his powerful prize!
