There was fried rice, steamed rice, several noodle dishes, mongolian beef, a big salad bar,and lot's of other dishes that I don't really know the name of them but I grabbed a bit of just about every thing......oh yeah and there was two kinds of soup too!! All of it was very yummy!! Although Soldotna looked and felt like a frontier town, this small restaurant on main street had white table cloth, a very pleasant staff and quiet atmosphere.

I thought the walls were interesting to read. I like places that have lots of memorabilia.
The owners of this place have been in Alaska for a long time. But I don't remember that restaurant until more recently.

I was surprised to see a Mexican restaurant in Soldotna. Overall the food was pretty decent. My only complaint would be that the chips and salsa had no flavor whatsoever.

This restaurant is located in a beautiful building right on the Kenai river. The ambiance in wonderful. The food is worth every penny! I had the most succulent, tender, delicious, prime rib I've ever had at the crossing. The salmon bisque was delicious as well. Everything here was wonderul. The wine list was quite impressive.
I found myself tempted to make the two hour drive from Anchorage to Soldotna a few days ago. It would have been worth the drive. I can't wait to go back!
