    South Mountain at Sunset!

by HeidiR Written Mar 7, 2003

South Mountain is a nice pleasant drive or walk. from the top you can get great views of the city of Phoenix. You can spot the airport, the university and centre of Phoenix. probably alot more too. near the base of South Mountain there are many places to go horse riding.

If you would like to take a walk up the mountain there is a carpark in dessert foothills parkway off chandler Blvd.

    Bahama Breeze: Bar Style

by HeidiR Written Nov 30, 2003

I didn't realise but Bahama Breeze is run by the same people as Olive Garden and Red Lobster.

It tries to bring a little bit of the Caribean to the area. Lots of cocktails on the menu, lots of different foods including fish, pizza and pasta.
