    Mobile homes & RV's Prevail

    String of mobile homes

This town of about 40,000 has probably 90% mobile homes and RV's. They mostly are situated in parks, and some have walls to cover up the rows of units. I am not picking on these folks-per se, but they mostly are retirees, and come down here for the winter, and the look/appearance for a community is not that appealing. It also devalues the home price base in the area.

What an experience of going back in time 40-50 years. Nothing has changed, nor has the owner, nice guy and craggy weather worn face frm being out in the wind, and trying to make a living selling rocks.

There is an outdoor one that I went to and it was a "trip" There were so many misfits of society selling the trash they have collected, and/or traded for. They are all very serious business people, though, and want to make a buck while sitting out in the hot sun; actually they have tents covering the goods. No doubt they are a nice group of people, but I am not familiar with the craggy looks form weathering in the sun, and the cultural intellect level leaves a lot of room to improve.
It is located on Apache Trail Rd and about 2 miles east of Hwy 202. There is also a very large swap marketplace indoors by Hwy 60 and Crimson Rd-just past Hwy 202 loop

These are operated by Pakistani people, and their culture is to be offering all they have in the store. So, signage abounds outside and inside. These are worth a view.
