In downtown Bisbee (ha-ha) you will find the Stock Exchange Bar. This is a nice place to just sit and have a drink (or two) after a long walk around the town and up and down all of the hilly streets.
If it is warm you can sit outside and remember that in AZ you can smoke in a bar.
St. Elmo's is a colorful bar where most of the locals hang out. You might consider it
a 'dive' but it has lots of character. It's my tradition to have at least one beer here
everytime I visit Bisbee. They usually have live music on the weekends. Check out Buzz & The Soulsenders if you get a chance, you'll be dancing the night away. Food is available from the mexican restaurant attached to it.

This review is long coming. I visited St.Elmo pub with my travbuddy friends back in 2009 and recently returned with my husband. Located right up the road from Brewery Gulch, it is a perfect place to hang out with friends in the evening and have some drinks.
It is an old building and has been operating since 1902. The inside is rustic and typical of a pub/ bar with high stool chairs. We had a few beers in the day and chatted a little before leaving. If you love beer, it is a great stop.
The history behind it is intriguing and informative. The rustic souvenir and bumper sticker decorations are fun to see. The band was not playing when I visited, but there is live music.
