The McDonalds outside of the Grand Canyon Park was more than expensive. If you consider paying like 5 times the price that you would at your local McDonalds high.
I told the employees that I understood we were out in the middle of nowhere, but the prices they wanted were out of this world.
You would be better off going to the Bright Angel restaurant in the main village area. Better atmosphere, food etc.
99% of the time I shy away from McDonald's, but I wanted some breakfast before hitting the road, so I stopped here. Anyway, this McD's is a LOT pricier than others. They explain this, though, stating that operating costs are higher due to having to truck everything, including water, from Flagstaff. I believe it.
