Even if you aren't in the mood for buying, you must stop at the historic Cameron Trading Post at least for a break on that long drive to the Grand Canyon (the east entrance is much more scenic)

The main shop has thousands of items ranging from authentic native jewellrey and pottery to Grand Canyon pot holders. It is a bit of a tourist trap, but fun.

Don't miss out on the other shop that has authentic native antiques, such as navajo rugs and baskets, and other unique artifacts. Sure, you probably won't drop $10,000 on a beautiful vintage Navajo rug, but it's sure fun to look. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions.

Native jewellery and pottery, plus Hopi Kachinas. Navajo rugs if you have deep pockets! If you want to buy native jewellery, you may want to buy here, as I found a majority of the authentic native jewellery at the Grand Canyon overpriced.

My husband purchased a Navajo torquoise and silver bracelet for me. We found they are willing to bargain on jewellery, so don't be afraid to ask if that is the best price they can give you.

Cameron Trading Post: Lots of products to buy!
I bought some Indian pottery from the Cameron Trading Post. I had stopped at 6 or 7 other locations to find what I was looking for. (road stand vendors)

This place has a ton of different and unique products to buy. No wonder there were all kinds of tourist buses there!

Indian made products and about everything else you could imagine!

Slightly more than other locations but the selection will blow you away!
