  • The moment you walk into Taco Hacienda you will notice the beautiful southwestern style, and the welcoming atmosphere. The server will meet your every need; you WILL have it your way. The plates are big and the meals are filling and tastey. You'll be impressed with Taco Hacienda.

    My most Favorite dish at Taco Hacienda is the Chimichanga, a tortia filled with your choice of shredded chicked, beef or pork, and deepfried to perfection, and then covered in cheese and your choice of green or red sauce, topped with a dollop of sour cream and guacamole sauce. It is served with beans, rice and lettuce.

  • This is I suppose essentially a micro-brewery that does food. The beer (and remember I am English and love real ale) was awesome, the service was efficiant and very friendly (just like a true bar) and the food was exceptional - true gastro burgers, if there is such a thing!

    Marshalls Steak Sandwich! Succulent steak, sweet onions on focaccia - with a decent pint of proper beer = heaven. But its not all about burgers, check out the menu, there are so many yummy items on the menu.

    Very.... ummmm gingo dining, but no doubt good gringo dining. I have an Italian friend who summed up Americana cuisine: "Ranch, Thousand Island, Blue Cheese, or Italian? and baked potato, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice or steamed vegetables?" The Horseshoe has does have an excellent salad bar too though, and oooo the bread basket...... just wait and see. Great place for large groups, they do not make you wait too long. And you get a lot of food! Casual dress. Best part is when your done.... go jump on the Bull out front!

    Steak.... ribs......

    Great brew pub, with more then you would expect from brew pub food. They have a great menu. Think slow roasted pork chops, garlic encrusted halibut, pizza, pasta, grilled salmon....... not just cheeseburgers and fries...... great place for lunch or a casual dinner. But the cheeseburgers are not bad either!

  • If you want a view of the lake while you eat then Shugrue's Restaurant, Bakery & Bar is the place to be. The setting is very tropical with saltwater fish to watch and mecanical handfans over head to keep you cool. The servers are polite and and will satisfy your every need. The food has good unique favors.

    My favorite dish to order at Shugrue's Restaurant, Bakery & Bar is the Linguine Primavera, with sauteed broccoli, vine ripened tomatoes, mushrooms, Julienne vegetables, and sweet red peppers in a garlic chili oil, and pesto sauce. It's wonderful, and it fills me up.

    Located at the Nautical Inn Resort - exceptional Seafood and Steak. We had blackened scallops with Blue cheese and a raspberry vinaigrette appetizer that was very yummy! The atmosphere was pleasant and overlooked the lake.
