The Sunsites Country Cafe, which is located in the town of Pearce not Sunsites, is a small family run cafe near the entrance to Cochise Stronghold. After a hard day of walking around the stronghold it is a nice place to stop for something to eat or drink. The cafe has paintings on the wall and a typical southwestern decor. The menu is more extensive than the usual small town diner and includes: Various breakfast items; rib eye steak; meatloaf; chicken; catfish; cod; shrimp; pizza; burgers; Italian specialties like Chicken Parmesan; and various types of pasta. They also have a daily special. Service was excellent and the people running the place are very friendly. Hours are 6:30 AM to 3 PM Monday and Tuesday; 6:30 AM to 8 PM Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday; and 8 AM to 2 PM on Sunday. They are closed on Friday. Sunday is breakfast all day. I came here on a Sunday and the breakfast was very good. HUGE pancakes.
Favorite Dish: I had meatloaf with Texas Toast, mashed potatos, and mixed vegetables. It was well prepared and filling.

Margie's is a fairly small place in the Sunsites portion of Pearce-Sunsites. The decor is an odd mixture of southwest cowboy; antiques and art. There is a tiny room with paintings for sale of the dining area. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner and the fare is typical of the area. Omelets, eggs and bacon, pancakes etc for breakfast. Soups, sandwiches, fried chicken, fish for lunch; and steak, chicken, and pasta for dinner. The waitress was friendly.
Favorite Dish: I had two eggs, with bacon, and hash browns. It was okay; but not great.
