I would consider this one of the most romantic restaurants in the valley.
To quote their website...
"Barcelona’s supper club atmosphere welcomes guests with a magnificent torched entryway, majestic stone columns, and faux painted wall finishes. Our signature domed ceiling with hand-painted dancing cherubs appearing to float overhead sets off the main dining room which later transforms into the dance floor for guests who like to “dance the night away.”
After ten on Friday and Saturday, the restaurant converts to an upscale dance club. Usually if you aren't in by then, you can't get in. Dress to impress.
If you are staying at a North Scottsdale resort, you should visit Barcelona.
At Barcelona's you'll eat in style. The restaurant has live music most evenings, and later in the night (usually around 9pm) they start clearing the dance floor of tables for dancing. It is an exquisite atmosphere, very classy and warm. During spring, they open the doors to the patio to let the outside air in.
Favorite Dish: I enjoyed the Paella. It was very filling and made just right. As far as I could tell, everything on the menu looked great!
