Pinnacle Peak Patio - old west steakhouse

Way out in North Scottsdale is an old west type steakhouse called the Pinnacle Peak Patio. The place has been there since 1957 (which is a long time in Phoenix). They have great steaks, great beer, and sawdust on the floors.

If you wear a tie there they will cut it off and the ceiling is filled with ties.

Kids love the place because it is like visiting the old west. While you are there make sure and take the (easy) walk up nearby Pinnacle Peak.

    Favorite Dish: The Wrangler

It is cowboy bar/restaurant. You sit outside amidst burning firepits and singing cowboys. Dress is casual. You will think you are in the wild west. Bring a dollar and sign it with your name and state and stick it to the walls with the other 1000s.

Favorite Dish: The chili burger is a full plate burger dripping with average chili, but it makes you feel like you are camping.
