    Pipe Springs National Monument

    During the days when Pipe Springs was a tithing ranch for the Mormon community, butter, cheese and other staples were produced here. These products were transported via wagon to the Mormon settlement in St. George.

    Pipe Springs National Monument

    Although no longer a working ranch, some livestock remains at Pipe Springs. I tried to photograph the bulls, but they didn't seem to think that was a good idea. The wooden fence didn't seem like it would withstand a charging bull, so I gave up on the idea.
