Go up on Airport Mesa and watch the sunsets... most are spectacular. And be sure to look to the east as well, for the setting sun really brings out the red in the rocks.
Fondest memory:
Sunsets in AZ are as pretty or better than anyplace I have been/lived... which includes Hawaii, California and Florida.

Drive up onto Airport Mesa and watch the sunset. Drive up Oak Creek Canyon and hike West Fork.
Spend time hiking and exploring Boynton Canyon.
Spend time on the Earth meditating-communing with Spirit.
Stop by the U.S. Forest Service office on Brewer Road and get hiking maps.
Definitely hike/see: Soldier's Pass Trail & Devils Kitchen, Seven Sacred Pools, Window of the World.
Climb to the saddle of Cathedral Rock.
