This is an amazing gourmet restaurant -- romantic, with superb service. The night we were there they had the windows open and we dined to the sound of the creek.
Favorite Dish: Wild mushroom ravioli with crisp-fried shallots and white truffle oil -- that was the hiughlight, but everything was exquisite -- we did the wine pairing menu, which was well worth the extra $$$ as the wine steward explained each wine to us before pouring. We were very happy campers and barely made it to the little "incline elevator" to get back to the top!
This is an upscale restaurant. The setting on the banks of Oak Creek is lovely. And the service is excellent. It's pricey but probably worth it if you are looking for a nice meal on a special occasion. I wish I could say the same thing about the hotel in which the restaurant is located.
Favorite Dish: Rack of Lamb.
