If you are looking for a more challenging hike, there is the .5 mile High Trail which is a steep trail leading up the ridge for a great view of the park.
Equipment: Hiking Shoes, a hat, sunscreen, weather appropriate clothing, and plenty of water. Maybe a hiking stick.
The Main Trail is a 1.5 mile loop. Parts of the trail are wheelchair accessible but definitely not all of it. Most of the main exhibits are handicapped accessible. There are other trails, like the Outback Walkabout Trail, that connect to the main trail.
Equipment: Decent walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, weather appropriate clothing, water.
